  • I've always found it challenging to boost my technique and speed. But in just 8 weeks, under the expert guidance of Damien my swimming has dramatically improved. Not only has my technique improved, but I am able to swim faster with less effort. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to elevate their swimming skills. Damien's coaching is a game-changer for those seeking to excel in the water

  • I really enjoyed the eight week training block with Flow State Swimming. Each week Damien focused the sessions on a particular technique (arms, feet, breathing etc..) and I noticed big improvements in all areas as the weeks went on. Damien is a great coach, very encouraging and wants all his clients to succeed in their swimming goals. I learnt a lot and I'm looking forward to the next block where hopefully further improvements in my swimming will be made.

  • Damien really knows his stuff and more importantly, knows how to teach it. His attention to detail and ability to spot the smallest inefficiencies in my stroke has taken 5 seconds off my 100m PB in only 8 sessions. His approach to teaching technique is simple and transferable to your own pool sessions where you start to implement the changes and really notice improvements.

  • Highly recommend Flow State Swimming, I've added several new gears to my swimming and tightened up on my technique. Damien was a pleasure to work with and I will be back in the new year!
