About My Sessions
We have a range of sessions available from open water clinics and group work to pool based lane training and remote video analysis work. There is also the opportunity to enquire about 1 on 1 sessions or private group sessions. Regardless of what you are looking to achieve, we will have an option to help you get there.

DIVE INTO MY PROGRAMMES
Open Water - Swim Clinics
Our open water clinics run from The Men’s on the South Beach in Greystones. Over 90 minutes, we look to improve swimmers open water skills as well as developing race tactics and course navigation to make you as competitive as possible for whatever event you have planned.
(May-September Dates for 2025 TBC)
Swim Clinic - Pool
Our swim clinics are ideal for helping you progress your front crawl technique in preparation for the Open Water. Clinics run on the last Friday of every month in Shoreline Bray between 18.15 and 20.45. These are small group sessions with a maximum of 6 people across 2 lanes comprising of 30mins basic Swim Theory followed by 1hr 45mins in the pool.
Pool Based Lane Training
Set over an 8 week period, these sessions work to improve technique over distance to help you become a more efficient and effective swimmer. Sessions take place in Shoreline, Greystones starting at either 8pm or 9pm depending on the group you join. These always sell out so keep an eye on here and our Social Media to stay up to date on openings.
Video Analysis
We work with swimmers using remote platforms to analyse stroke and identify where improvements need to be made. From here we can put structures in place to help improve your swimming. This can be reviewing current training programmes to analysing footage provided by the participant or creating a strategy ahead of race day. Get in touch to find out more.
